These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the VED Saarthi website, web application, mobile application, artificial-intelligence assistant, subscription services and related features, collectively referred to as the “Service.”
By accessing, registering for, purchasing or using the Service, the user confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to:
A user who does not agree with these policies must not use the Service.
Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. Users under 18 years of age may use VED Saarthi only with the consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. VED Saarthi may request reasonable age, identity, account or parental-consent verification where required.
Users may be required to provide accurate registration information (name, email, mobile number or other details). Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information, protecting login credentials, preventing unauthorised access, notifying VED Saarthi of suspected misuse, and activities carried out through their account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, rented or shared without permission.
VED Saarthi may provide AI-generated answers, educational explanations, study guidance, technical assistance, voice input/output, image generation, file/image/document analysis, diagrams, infographics, learning support, interview preparation and related features. Features, AI models, limits and response priority may differ between Free, Lite, Pro and Power plans. VED Saarthi may modify, add, replace, restrict, suspend or discontinue features for technical, operational, commercial, security, legal or regulatory reasons.
“User Content” includes prompts, messages, documents, images, audio, voice recordings, files, feedback and other material submitted by users. Users retain any rights they lawfully hold. By submitting User Content, users grant VED Saarthi a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, transmit, reproduce and analyse such content only where reasonably necessary to provide requested features, generate responses, maintain accounts and history, investigate support requests, prevent misuse, comply with law and improve service reliability where lawfully permitted. Users must not upload material they do not own or have permission to use.
The VED Saarthi platform, software, interface, branding, logos, designs, original educational materials, documentation and related IP belong to VED’IAUTODEVOPS Consulting Services LLP or its licensors. Without prior written permission users must not reproduce/distribute protected platform material, resell training content, reverse-engineer the platform, remove ownership notices, copy proprietary design elements, extract data through unauthorised automated tools, create a competing platform using protected materials, or falsely represent VED Saarthi content as their own.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, users may use AI-generated output for lawful personal, educational or commercial purposes. VED Saarthi does not guarantee that generated output is unique, factually correct, free from third-party rights, suitable for a particular purpose, will meet professional standards or will remain available indefinitely. Users are responsible for reviewing output before publishing, submitting, executing, deploying or relying on it.
VED Saarthi may rely on third-party providers for AI models, cloud hosting, authentication, payments, email/notifications, analytics, storage, image generation and security monitoring. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies and limitations.
VED Saarthi may restrict, suspend or terminate access where a user violates these policies, engages in unlawful or fraudulent activity, abuses usage limits, threatens service security, infringes third-party rights, shares or resells an account, fails to pay applicable charges or creates material legal/operational risk. Immediate action may be taken for serious fraud, security, abuse or legal concerns.
VED Saarthi aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability. Temporary disruption may result from maintenance, cloud/model-provider outages, internet failures, cyber incidents, payment-provider issues, regulatory restrictions, force majeure or events outside reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VED Saarthi will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service. This may include losses caused by reliance on AI output, execution of incorrect code/commands, service interruption, deletion or corruption of data, third-party service failures, loss of profit, business interruption or unauthorised account access. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
VED Saarthi may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through email, in-app notification, website notice or another registered communication channel. The updated effective date will be displayed on the policy page.
Account information: name, email, mobile number, username, authentication details, profile information and age/guardian information where applicable.
User-submitted information: prompts, chat messages, uploaded documents, images, voice input/recordings, generated output, feedback and support communications.
Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, app version, session info, crash reports, security logs, usage activity, cookies and analytics identifiers.
Subscription and payment information: processed by authorised payment gateways/app stores/financial-service providers. VED Saarthi may receive transaction reference, subscription plan, amount paid, billing period, renewal status, payment success/failure status and limited billing information. VED Saarthi does not intend to store complete card numbers, CVV values, UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords.
Information may be used to create/manage accounts, provide AI responses, process subscriptions/payments, maintain chat history, enforce usage limits, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain security, improve reliability, communicate service/billing/security info, comply with law and investigate complaints. Promotional messages will be sent only where permitted; users may opt out of marketing while continuing to receive essential messages.
Personal data will be processed for lawful purposes including user consent, performance of requested services, legitimate uses recognised by law and legal/regulatory obligations. Where consent is required, it should be specific, informed, freely given and capable of withdrawal. Withdrawal will not affect processing lawfully completed before withdrawal.
Prompts, uploaded files and other User Content may be transmitted to authorised AI/hosting/infrastructure providers. Users should NOT submit passwords, API keys, private cryptographic keys, banking credentials, UPI PINs, OTPs, highly confidential employer information, protected medical records, identity documents unless specifically requested, or sensitive personal information belonging to another person without authority.
Information may be shared with authorised providers for AI processing, hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, email/SMS/push notifications, fraud prevention, security monitoring, professional advice or legal compliance. VED Saarthi does not sell personal data to advertisers.
Some service providers may process or store information outside India. VED Saarthi will take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and safeguards consistent with applicable law.
Information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, process subscriptions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, satisfy tax/accounting/legal requirements and maintain security records. Account info while the account remains active; chat history until deleted or until retention period expires; uploaded files for the period needed; payment records for the legally required period; security records for fraud prevention; deleted information in backups until normal backup rotation is completed.
VED Saarthi uses reasonable administrative/organisational/technical safeguards including access controls, encryption in transit, secure authentication, restricted administrative access, monitoring and logging, backups, vulnerability management, security reviews and incident-response procedures. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Where a personal-data or security breach occurs, VED Saarthi may investigate and contain the incident, secure affected systems, preserve required records, notify affected users where appropriate, notify authorities where legally required and implement corrective measures.
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to available personal data, correction of inaccurate information, updating/completion of information, deletion of data, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal and account deletion. Requests: info@vediautodevops.com. VED Saarthi may verify identity before processing a request.
Users under 18 should use VED Saarthi only with parental/guardian consent and supervision. Where required, VED Saarthi may request verifiable guardian consent. VED Saarthi will not knowingly engage in prohibited tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.

VED Saarthi uses AI technology that may produce output that is incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, biased, technically unsafe, repetitive or inconsistent. Users must independently verify important information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI responses are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They do NOT constitute professional medical, legal, financial/investment, accounting/tax, employment, emergency or professional engineering advice. Consult qualified professionals for high-impact decisions.
Generated scripts, commands, configurations and code must be reviewed and tested in a safe, non-production environment. Verify syntax, security, permissions, dependencies, compatibility, backups, rollback procedures and production impact. VED Saarthi is not responsible for loss caused by executing unverified code or commands.
Generated images, diagrams and text may contain factual errors, incorrect labels, unintended elements, spelling errors, inaccurate commands or similarities to existing content. Review generated content before publishing, advertising, submitting academically or using commercially.
VED Saarthi must not be used as the sole source of guidance during a medical, security, legal, financial or other emergency. Contact appropriate emergency services or qualified professionals.
Users remain responsible for prompts submitted, files uploaded, decisions based on output, compliance with law, obtaining required permissions and reviewing content before use.
Users must NOT use VED Saarthi to violate applicable law; commit fraud; impersonate another person; harass/threaten/exploit others; facilitate child exploitation; create or distribute unlawful malware; conduct unauthorised cyberattacks; steal passwords or credentials; bypass usage/payment/security controls; infringe intellectual-property rights; upload unlawful or unauthorised material; generate non-consensual intimate content; create deceptive identity or government documents; promote terrorism or violent extremism; interfere with platform availability; scrape the Service without permission; resell account access; reverse-engineer proprietary systems; create misleading synthetic content intended to deceive; or misuse generated content for unlawful purposes.
VED Saarthi may block prompts, limit features, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate access, preserve evidence or report unlawful conduct where required. Security testing against VED Saarthi requires prior written authorisation.
VED Saarthi may offer Free, Lite, Pro and Power plans. Each plan may differ in monthly/daily usage limits, available AI models, voice usage, file/image uploads, image generation, chat history, response priority and other features. Current prices, features and limits will be displayed before purchase.
VED Saarthi is NOT currently charging GST on subscription payments. The displayed subscription price will not be described as “inclusive of GST” unless GST is actually applicable and lawfully collected.
Pro Plan — ₹199 per month. No GST currently charged. Applicable taxes may be added in the future if required by law.
If VED Saarthi later becomes required or authorised to collect GST or another tax, the applicable amount may be added from the effective date. Any applicable tax will be displayed before payment.
VED Saarthi may revise subscription prices because of changes in features, third-party AI costs, operating expenses, taxes, regulation or business requirements. Revised prices apply immediately to new subscriptions purchased on or after the effective date. For existing monthly subscribers the price already paid for the current period will not change; revised price may apply from a future renewal after advance notice. For existing annual subscribers the prepaid annual price remains unchanged until the current term ends; revised price may apply at the next annual renewal after advance notice. Notice may be given through email, the application, the website or another registered communication channel. Subscribers may cancel before the revised price becomes effective. VED Saarthi does not guarantee lifetime, fixed or grandfathered pricing unless expressly stated in writing.
Paid monthly and annual subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Before payment, VED Saarthi should display plan name, price, billing frequency, trial period if any, first payment date, renewal date, applicable taxes and cancellation instructions. Where required, the user must expressly authorise recurring payments. If payment fails, VED Saarthi or the payment provider may retry; paid access may be restricted, downgraded, suspended or cancelled if payment remains unsuccessful.
Subscribers may cancel at any time through the VED Saarthi subscription-management page, the applicable app store, the payment provider or customer support where self-service cancellation is unavailable. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise stated, users may continue to access paid features until the end of the current paid billing period. Deleting the app, deleting an account or stopping use does not automatically cancel an active subscription. No separate cancellation fee will be charged solely for stopping future renewals.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the paid term begins or paid features have been made available. Refunds will ordinarily NOT be provided for change of mind, unused subscription time/usage limits, failure to use the Service, accidental purchase, cancellation after renewal, uninstalling without cancelling, dissatisfaction where the Service was provided substantially as described, or suspension caused by policy violations.
A full or proportionate refund MAY be considered where duplicate payment was collected, an incorrect amount was charged, payment succeeded but the subscription was not activated within a reasonable period, a material technical failure attributable to VED Saarthi prevented substantial use, a prepaid service was permanently discontinued without a reasonably equivalent alternative, the payment was unauthorised (subject to verification), or a refund is required by applicable law/app-store rules/payment-provider requirements.
Refund requests should normally be submitted within 7 days of the transaction or discovery of the billing issue, unless a longer period is required by law or platform rules. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on the bank, card network, payment gateway or app store.
Where a trial is offered, the following will be disclosed before activation: trial duration, included features, usage limits, whether a payment method is required, first charge date, price after the trial and cancellation method. Where no payment method is required, the account may move automatically to the Free plan when the trial ends. Where a recurring payment is authorised, the user may cancel before the trial expires to avoid the first paid charge. Promotional credits and trials have no cash value and are generally non-transferable and non-refundable.
An upgrade may take effect immediately and may involve a full or prorated charge displayed before confirmation. A downgrade will normally take effect from the next renewal date. Plan changes may affect available models, usage limits, voice features, file analysis, image generation, history retention and renewal pricing.
If a prepaid plan is discontinued before its paid term ends, VED Saarthi may continue access until expiry, migrate the user to a reasonably equivalent plan, provide account credit or issue an appropriate proportionate refund, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
VED Saarthi may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, session management, remembering preferences, analytics, service performance, fraud prevention and advertising where enabled.
Essential cookies support login, security, subscription management, payment processing and core website operation. Disabling these may prevent parts of the Service from functioning.
Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies should be used with appropriate notice and consent where required. Users should be able to manage non-essential cookie preferences through a cookie banner or settings panel.
Users may block or delete cookies through browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if essential cookies are blocked.
Users may request account deletion through Profile or Settings, the account-deletion page, the mobile application, or email to info@vediautodevops.com.
Account deletion may remove or anonymise profile information, stored chat history, uploaded files, generated content, preferences and associated account data. Some information may be retained where required for payment/accounting records, tax compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, security investigation or backups awaiting normal deletion/rotation.
Account deletion does NOT automatically cancel a subscription managed through an app store, a bank mandate, a payment gateway or another billing provider. Users must cancel the subscription separately before deleting their account.
VED Saarthi may verify account ownership before completing deletion. Verified requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to legal and technical requirements.
Deleted content may not be recoverable. Users should download or back up important information before requesting deletion.
Users may contact VED Saarthi regarding account access, payments, subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, privacy, account deletion, AI-generated content, security or other service concerns.

Users should provide their name, registered email/mobile, transaction reference where applicable, description of the issue, relevant screenshots/documents and requested resolution. Do NOT provide passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVV values or banking credentials.
VED Saarthi will aim to acknowledge complaints within a reasonable period, investigate the issue, request additional information where needed, communicate the outcome and provide escalation information where applicable. Cases involving banks, app stores, payment gateways, AI providers or public authorities may require additional time.
Suspected vulnerabilities may be reported to info@vediautodevops.com. Reports should include sufficient technical information to understand and reproduce the issue. Users must not publicly disclose or exploit a vulnerability before VED Saarthi has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Nothing in this policy prevents users from approaching a competent consumer forum, regulatory authority, court or statutory grievance mechanism.
