Subscription Pricing, Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policy

VED Saarthi offers Free, Lite, Pro and Power subscription plans. The features, usage limits, billing period and applicable price of each plan will be displayed on the pricing page or during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, the displayed subscription price is the total amount payable for the selected billing period.

VED Saarthi is not currently charging Goods and Services Tax (GST) on subscription payments. GST or any other applicable tax may be added in the future if VED Saarthi becomes legally required or authorised to collect it.

Any applicable tax will be clearly displayed before the user completes the payment.

VED Saarthi may revise its subscription prices from time to time due to changes in features, operating expenses, third-party AI service costs, taxes, regulatory requirements or other business considerations.

Revised prices will apply immediately to new subscriptions purchased on or after the effective date of the price change.

For existing monthly subscribers, the price already paid for the current billing period will not be changed. Any revised price will apply from a future monthly renewal date after advance notice has been provided.

For existing annual subscribers, the subscription price will remain unchanged until the end of the current prepaid annual subscription term. Any revised price may apply at the next annual renewal after advance notice has been provided.

Notice of a price change may be provided through email, an in-app notification, the VED Saarthi website or another registered communication channel.

Subscribers may cancel their subscription before the revised price becomes effective. If a subscriber continues with or renews the subscription after the effective date, the revised price will apply.

Users who upgrade, downgrade or otherwise change their plan will be charged according to the price and terms displayed at the time of the change.

Users who cancel and later subscribe again will be charged according to the price available at the time of the new subscription.

VED Saarthi does not guarantee lifetime, permanently fixed or grandfathered subscription pricing unless expressly stated in a written promotional offer or agreement.

Paid monthly and annual subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless the subscriber cancels before the renewal date.

By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, the subscriber authorises VED Saarthi and its authorised payment provider to charge the applicable subscription amount using the approved payment method, subject to applicable banking, payment-network and regulatory requirements.

The subscription price, billing frequency and renewal conditions will be displayed during checkout.

Where required, the subscriber may receive a renewal or pre-debit notification from the bank, payment provider, application, email or another registered communication channel.

If a renewal payment fails, VED Saarthi or its payment provider may retry the payment. Paid access may be restricted, downgraded, suspended or cancelled if payment is not completed within the applicable grace period.

Subscribers may cancel their monthly or annual subscription at any time through:

• the subscription-management section of the application or website;
• the applicable app store or payment provider; or
• VED Saarthi customer support where self-service cancellation is unavailable.

Cancellation will stop future automatic renewals.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation will become effective at the end of the current paid billing period. The subscriber may continue using the paid features until that date.

Deleting or uninstalling the VED Saarthi application, discontinuing use of the service or deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. The prescribed subscription-cancellation process must be completed.

No separate cancellation fee will be charged merely for stopping future renewals.

Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable once the paid subscription period has started or paid features have been made available.

A full or partial refund will ordinarily not be provided for:

• cancellation after the start of a monthly or annual billing period;
• unused subscription time or unused usage limits;
• failure to use the service;
• change of mind;
• accidental purchase caused by the subscriber's own action;
• deletion or uninstallation of the application without cancelling the subscription;
• personal dissatisfaction where the subscribed service was made available as described; or
• suspension or termination caused by a violation of the Terms of Use.

A refund may be considered where:

• the subscriber was charged more than once for the same subscription period;
• an incorrect amount was charged;
• payment was collected but the paid subscription was not activated within a reasonable period;
• a technical failure attributable to VED Saarthi prevented substantial use of the paid service;
• VED Saarthi permanently discontinued the paid service before the end of a prepaid period without providing a reasonably equivalent alternative;
• the payment was unauthorised or fraudulent, subject to verification; or
• a refund is required under applicable law, app-store rules, payment-provider requirements or an order of a competent authority.

Approved refunds may be full or proportionate depending on the circumstances, service already used, benefits already consumed and applicable legal or payment-platform requirements.

Refund requests should be submitted within seven days of the relevant transaction or discovery of the billing issue, unless a longer period is required under applicable law or platform rules.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

VED Saarthi may request transaction details, proof of payment, account information and other reasonable information required to investigate the request.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the bank, card network, app store or payment provider.

Where a free trial is offered, its duration, benefits, usage limits and renewal terms will be displayed before activation.

Where payment details are not required, the user may automatically move to the Free plan when the trial ends.

Where a free trial is linked to an automatically renewing paid subscription, the subscriber will be informed of the price and renewal date before activation and must authorise the recurring payment.

The subscriber may cancel before the trial expires to avoid the first paid renewal.

Unless otherwise stated, free trials, promotional credits and introductory offers:

• have no cash value;
• are non-refundable;
• are non-transferable; and
• may be limited to eligible new or selected users.

When a subscriber upgrades to a higher plan, the upgrade may take effect immediately. An additional or prorated amount may be charged as displayed during confirmation.

When a subscriber downgrades to a lower plan, the downgrade will ordinarily take effect from the next renewal date unless otherwise displayed.

Changing plans may affect:

• usage limits;
• available AI models;
• stored content;
• image, voice and file-analysis allowances;
• feature access; and
• renewal pricing.

VED Saarthi is not currently charging GST on subscription payments.

The displayed subscription price will therefore not be described as including GST unless GST is actually applicable and lawfully collected.

If VED Saarthi becomes required or authorised to collect GST or another statutory tax in the future, the applicable tax may be added to the subscription price from the effective date.

Any applicable tax will be disclosed before payment and shown on the relevant receipt or invoice, as required.

A tax-related change may alter the total amount payable even when the base subscription price remains unchanged.

Subscribers must provide accurate billing details. A GSTIN should be requested only where relevant and supported by VED Saarthi's invoicing process.

VED Saarthi may modify, replace or discontinue a plan or feature for operational, technical, commercial, security or regulatory reasons.

Where a paid plan is permanently discontinued before the end of a prepaid term, VED Saarthi may:

• provide access until the end of the paid term;
• migrate the subscriber to a reasonably equivalent plan;
• provide account credit; or
• issue an appropriate proportionate refund,

subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any rights or remedies available to subscribers under applicable consumer-protection, payment, tax or other laws.

Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, app-store rule or payment-provider requirement, the applicable mandatory requirement will prevail.
