At VED Saarthi, we want every subscriber to feel confident about their purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing kevalambhramanam@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current paid period — your access continues until the end of the current monthly or annual cycle, then automatically reverts to the Free tier.
If you're a new subscriber and you're unhappy with the paid tier for any reason, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund you in full. No interrogation. Just send an email to kevalambhramanam@gmail.com with the subject “Refund” and the email address used to subscribe.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Banks sometimes take an additional 2–3 days to reflect the credit.
The 7-day window applies only to your first payment on a given tier. Renewal charges (e.g. the second month onwards) are not eligible for refund — please cancel before a renewal date if you do not wish to continue. We send a renewal reminder for annual plans.
We may decline a refund if:
The 3-day free Pro trial does not require a payment method and so is non-applicable for refunds. If you choose to upgrade after the trial, the 7-day refund window starts from your first paid charge.
If you were charged twice for the same period due to a payment-system glitch, email us at kevalambhramanam@gmail.com with the Razorpay transaction IDs and we will refund the duplicate in full, regardless of the 7-day window.
